Support autoscaling units based on graph data in charts

  Should we make these use the same unit (KiB/sec) as the network? It would be better if we just kept all of these in bytes and auto-scaled the unit (KiB/MiB/GiB) display based on the graph data. This is what Grafana does.

Support autoscaling units in a chart based on the data that it is displaying. For example, if the chart is displaying data amounts, the unit can scale from bytes to GiB/GB (and beyond) based on the highest value that it needs to display.
