[Design] - Find a new place for the Cluster health metrics

Problem to solve

Cluster health metrics is located underneath the Kubernetes cluster which is very hard to find

Intended users

• Sasha (Software Developer)
• Devon (DevOps Engineer)
• Sidney (Systems Administrator)

Proposal

As a user, I would like to compare the cluster health with the running application health, setup alerts on those metrics Therefore I believe we should have those metrics display in our metrics dashboard.
