Drill down from Log explorer to Tracing UI

As a part of our Triaging flow, we would like to allow user to navigate quickly from the log explorer into the tracing UI Since our tracing UI is designed yet (se simply iframe Jaeger UI) for an MVC we would allow a simple navigation from the To avoid empty screen navigation, in case Jaeger is not defined this navigation will not be available
