Problem to solve

Fire-fighting an incident often entails hopping on a conference bridge with teammates while you troubleshoot the deepest darkest corners of your infrastructure and systems. In order to remain secure, teams may not want to share all data nor the inner workings of these systems with other internal teams or external individuals. In 12.4, the Monitor team released the ability to associate Zoom meetings with issues with issues using a quick action. This makes it simpler for responders to join conference bridges for fire-fights however, access to these zoom calls needs to be restricted to members of the group or sub-group to help the team keep the critical information secure.

Proposal

Restrict zoom links associated with GitLab issues to members of the group or sub-group. This could be done on the Zoom side but to reduce work for our users, a proposal could be to only show the embedded zoom link to people who are members of the project.
