This should make our cache expiration more precise: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/#cachekeyfiles

For instance

key: "debian-stretch-ruby-2.6.3-node-12.x"

could be replaced by

    files:
      - Gemfile.lock
      - package.json
      - yarn.lock
