Build VS Code server packages for supported OS & architectures

Based on our previous discussion, we are planning on supporting darwin win32 and linux OSs, and x64 and arm64 architectures.

This issue is to expand on the draft server build MR to support all the following combinations:

• darwin-x64
• darwin-arm64
• win32-x64
• win32-arm64 VS Code Server build for arm64 architecture is not supported (see for example https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/releases)
• linux-x64
• linux-arm64
