Split project repository and wiki repository status in Geo node status
Per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/3195#note_43031516 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/3569
Currently, we show a "Repositories" status in the Geo nodes admin screen, which is a composite measure of projects and wikis synced. Information is lost in this display - we don't know whether one of the repositories or both have failed.
We could just bump the "repositories" numbers up so that project and wiki repositories are counted separately in the total and failed numbers (so for a site with 3 million projects, that might be 5 million repositories rather than the 3 million counted today), or we could split the numbers by project or wiki, and show them separately.
I prefer the second option - it helps to localise any errors (say, wiki sync is broken in some circumstances, as we saw in #3569 (closed)).
