`dns-gitlab-review-app` deployment is failing with `CredentialRequiresARNError: credential type source_profile requires role_arn, profile default`

I noticed today that the dns-gitlab-review-app Helm release was in a FAILED state (I may have cause this by removing a secret or a config map needed by it, see #37232 (comment 249982216)?), so I decided to helm del --purge dns-gitlab-review-app and retry a failed review-deploy job: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/360584276

Helm now reports the release as deployed:

But when looking at the deployment it shows a Does not have minimum availability error and the logs are full of CredentialRequiresARNError: credential type source_profile requires role_arn, profile default errors

@WarheadsSE Since you originally worked on setting up dns-gitlab-review-app for the Review Apps, do you have any idea what's going on? 🤔
