Try a different runner from the pipeline editor

Gitlab has new sizes of runners but knowing which one will optimize a job is a data intensive task.
Proposal
Add a "test on runners" button to the pipeline editor to run the pipeline (or a specific job) on the two different runner types and report back how long each took.
