E2E QA: Add scenario for DB load balancing
We have this feature : DB Load Balancing (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/postgresql/database_load_balancing.html)
However, because of the how it needs to be configured we have a few Qualitytest-gap for this feature.
We can add tests like !96141 (merged) but it is not realistic enough.
Also DB Load Balancing is key to the ~"theme::sass availability" of GitLab.com so we need tests to check this feature.
Proposal
Either:
- Add a new E2E scenario in
package-and-qathat runs always - Add an optional E2E scenario in
package-and-qa
