Move contribution analytics chart to echarts

ee/app/assets/javascripts/pages/groups/analytics/show/index.js appears to be the only usage of vue_shared/components/bar_chart.vue, which is one of our two remaining usages of d3 (based on a search from from 'd3)

We should move it to echarts bar chart
