[Mr Widget V2]: Display the content error inside the content area

  Note Setting this error causes the summary to disappear as we show the error message instead. The content error should be handled separately and displayed inside of the content instead of the summary. I'll create a follow up for this 👍

• frontend update the widget component and handle the fetchExpandedData error separately. We should display the error message inside the content area instead of the summary row.
