Investigate scope of management layer for the analytics stack

We will need to be able to facilitate the following functionality through the use of middleware:

• Synchronization/management of Jitsu configurations/destinations/API keys
  • Discussion: Project -> Jitsu Mapping (gitlab-org/analytics-section/product-analytics/general-discussion#2 - closed)
  • Linking to namespaced tables or databases in Clickhouse
• Cube/Schema definitions in Cube

This issue is a spike investigation to scope out requirements for technical implementations needed as part of our journey to be able to provide a smooth onboarding experience as users are first introduced to Product Analytics as well as their continued usage over time.
