Created 3 MVCs from the North Star Design

This issue maps to this Product OKR and supports the delivery of our North Star design vision

• Create a scratch pad and use design management to brainstorm (@nickbrandt @cdybenko)
  • Super sidebar design comments on MVC scratchpad for north star navigation (#377314 - closed)
  • Refine MVCs list and order in Figma @nickbrandt
  • Ask engineering to collaborate on the scratchpad
• Kick off with engineering to review any MVCs on the scratchpad - Meeting Oct 20, 2022
• Create an issue for each MVC and order them in the epic
• Document any MVCs and potential blockers
• Create at least 3 MVC issues
