Keep full history of edited comments available

Description of Problem

For companies needing to keep full documentation for audit/regulatory purposes, there is currently no way to preserve the full history of a discussion comment that has been edited.

Proposal for Feature

Add the ability to see the full history of edited comments.

Make sure these are completed before closing the issue, with a link to the relevant commit.
