Use different favicon after a merge request is merged

For merge requests, we change the page's favicon based on whether the MR has a green or red pipeline, but we don’t change it when an MR is merged. The MR on the left merged while I was away from my keyboard, but the favicon makes me think it’s still open. Have we ever considered a ‘merged’ version of the icon, to be consistent with the UI element below?
