Problem Statement

There's no way for customers to be alerted or notified when a new vulnerability has been added to the security dashboard.

Customer is requesting a mechanism by which users can be alerted when new vulerabilities are detected on a project's default branch.

Proposal

Add option to enable email notifications when new vulnerabilities are added to security dashboard.
