Provide `project-id` to `ProjectAvatar` component to have different colors for project identicons

After !94025 (merged) is merged, ProjectAvatar component in app/assets/javascripts/vue_shared/components/project_avatar.vue can accept projectId prop that will diversify project identicon background colors. Check the places where the component is used and provide the projectId if needed.
