Add role and status to issue assignee list

Problem to solve
Currently, the assignee list in issues and MRs offer the name, picture, and link to the profile of each assignee. I feel that we can have additional information here that might give quick insight to the state of an issue by giving an overview of roles and status about assignees in the list.
This can help viewers of an issue understand the responsibilities of everyone involved, as well as provide meta information that can be used by colleagues, i.e., generate a dashboard of everyone who is blocked and the issues that they are blocked on.

As of now, I'm thinking the output of entering your role and status would appear as such on the assignee list in issues. Additionally, we can create status dashboards to see who is blocked, working, etc...
