Display Ancestry of an Issue/Epic in the sidebar

Problem to solve

As a User of Issues and Epics, I need to be able to see an Issue/Epics ancestry , So that I can easily understand where it lives in the organization and hierarchy of work and navigate up and down the stack.

We currently only show a single level of ancestry on sub-Epics and Issues. Often, when I view an Issue or Epic, I am unsure what it belongs to up its ancestry tree, and a single level of ownership doesn't help much.

We also should look into consistent language for Ancestry, as we use "Ancestor", and "Epic" in current ownership listing.

Sub-Epic shows Parent Epic as "Ancestor":
