Docs feedback: "Other S3 Providers" section for Backups is confusing

The section on using non-standard S3 providers is a confusing. It:

• Is the only section that references the source build configuration file, instead of the omnibus config
• It has lots of references to AWS, even though these are instructions for an explicitly non-AWS setup

If this could get clarified and put into the same gitlab.rb format, it would unify it with the style of the rest of the page. It might then be good to add a note near the top of the doc explaining where to go to edit these settings in the source build.

Edit: Looking at things more closely, I'm not positive that the config sample in the non-standard S3 section is actually supposed to be part of that section - is that actually supposed to be a sample config for the source build? In any case, reading it more closely, it looks like it's not really appliacable to non-AWS storage at all, since it lacks the endpoint field that I see in the Digital Ocean example.
