Long version names cause Package Registry layout to break

Problem

When customers have long version names, it causes the layout of the Package Registry to break:

Solution possibilities

• Wrap the version name
• Truncate the version name

@katiemacoy I replaced the screenshot with a non-customer version and made this issue public. We'll try and prioritize this soon, although looks like we'll need some design help. Unless @rchanila you think truncating or wrapping is straightforward enough without design?

@trizzi @rchanila I would probably opt for truncation, showing the full name and/or version name in a tooltip on hover. I would cap the name and version to one line. Let me know if you need a mockup for this.

we have support for this via GlTruncate component. Don't think a mockup is required for this.
