As a web IDE committer I always want my web-commits to be signed off so I can avoid certifying this manually on every action

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

So in an ideal case we do not need any extra UI components as described in #368890. We should be able to allow signing-off for every commit on a per user level.

This could be a preference in the user settings. Maybe this takes care of a similar behavior as shown in the image below? Maybe it's all behind the scenes?
