list standalone vulnerabilities on the project security dashboard

We're going through a bit of a switch-up and everything that we previously called a vulnerability is now a vulnerability finding that can be promoted to a vulnerability. With this naming change the current project security dashboard is displaying a list of findings, we need it to display a list of vulnerabilities instead.

I tried just swapping out the API URL but unfortunately it didn't quite work as the data is subtly different.

Some data is missing, some is there but with a different key, and some of it is the same. We don't need it all to render the dashboard, but we are missing some key values (see this comment for more details).

The other two issues are that the filters no-longer work and there doesn't appear to be an endpoint for the summary counts. The quick actions don't work either but we're planning to remove them before this goes out anyway so it's not a huge issue.
