Hide banners/alerts at the top of page when page requested by crawlers

Problem statement

Search engine crawlers see error/info messages at the top of the page due to blocked requests to the /api endpoint amoongs other things. We should not be showing these for crawlers as the content is pushed down too much on the page.

Job to be done

1. When detecting that a request is being made by a search engine crawler, ensure that banners/alerts at the top of the page is not rendered.
