Projects with ".git" in their name are excluded from being indexed

Problem statement

Due to our /*/*/.git rule in robots.txt projects that contain the character sequence '.git' in their name inside a nested group do not get indexed. Example: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-services/design.gitlab.com/issues

Modify the robots.txt file to accommodate the above-mentioned project URL structure.
