repository mirror sync not working (pull)

Unable to sync GitHub repo

What is the current bug behavior?

No updates were performed for 3 days.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When a Merge operation occurs on the mirrored repo, it should trigger an update to GitLab and trigger a GitLab CI/CD

I found this: gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#7420 (closed) but not sure if it has anything to do with that.
