Summary

We need to provide clarity around the size value for Container Registry storage on both the project and namespace level.

Namespace usage quotas

On the namespace level, the Container Registry storage in the project list should have a note with the following text:

This project-level storage statistic does not include savings for site-wide deduplication and is not used to calculate total namespace storage.

Project usage quotas

On the project level, the Container Registry storage type should have a note with the following text:

The project-level storage statistics for the Container Registry are directional only and do not include savings for instance-wide deduplication.
