Docs feedback: Broken link for chatops project members

Link the doc and describe what is wrong with it.

On the page https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/chatops_on_gitlabcom.html#help-and-feedback the following link is broken: "Ask a project member in the chatops project to add you..." it results in a 404: https://ops.gitlab.net/gitlab-com/chatops/-/project_members
