Merge request diff not showing reverted changes
Description
In !83512 (merged), some reverts were accidentally made in 6100ff28 bu these do not show up in the MR diff. This resulted in the reverts landing on master (see relevant merge commit) without passing any review.

Please note: It's not certain that the MR diff did or didn't show the changed files before it was merged, but after being merged, you can see that the diff does not include them.
