Sync a child work item's milestone with its parent's milestone

Problem
It's cumbersome to manually keep the milestone in sync with a parent work item.
Proposal
Due to the nature of milestones as a timebox, if a parent has an milestone, the default behavior should be that the child's milestone is synced to the parent's milestone.
Acceptance

If a work item has a parent, and that parent has a milestone, then the child's milestone value should be set to that of the parent work item's milestone. -
If the parent's milestone is updated, it should automatically update the child's milestone.
