Problem to solve

We are aware that some customers pull stats from the Geo API to build their own dashboards. We do not have any quantitative data on how many customers do this and which APIs they are most reliant on. It is important for us to understand how prevalent this use case is to help us guide the work on improvements to observability.

Proposal

Collect stats on frequency of calls to Geo API endpoints and retrieve using usage ping. Stats should be collected across 1 month period broken down by API endpoint.
