Problem to solve
The site health status does not automatically update. Instead, the systems administrator needs to refresh the page in order to get an more up to date view of the status.
It is not immediately clear to the systems administrator that they need to refresh in order to update the information. Since the page is quite long and may require scrolling, the systems administrator will lose their place once they refresh and will need to scroll back to the correct site after the page refresh. This can be tedious when attempt to troubleshoot an issue.
Proposal
We can either automatically update the status and indicate what time it was updated or provide a refresh button/link to manually force an update without having to refresh the whole page.
The second option will likely provide the better experience since waiting for automatic updates can be frustrating when troubleshooting.
