Group notifications should take setting from parent group

Today I wanted to change the email notifications of one of my groups to a project specific e-mailaddress. In essence it works fine, but this group has several subgroups under it and it turns out I need to change it for each of the subgroups as well. That's about 20 times doing this.

I changed the notification email at the highest group level, but it doesn't not apply it to the subgroups.

I'm not sure how it will work if I add a new subgroup now, but I do think it will also use the global notification settings by default.

What I would like is to set the email at the highest level in this group, with the option to override it at a lower group, but by default it will look to the parents.

If nothing set, then of course the global settings can be used.
