Make the recommended version a runner can upgrade to visible

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Release notes

In the admin runners view, you can now tell which runners have upgrades available vs upgrades recommended. We will add which version you should upgrade to.

Problem to solve

It isn't clear which version to upgrade to when you have an available upgrade for runners.

Proposal

On hover, add the following information in a tooltip when hovering on the upgrade badges.

  • Upgrade available: An upgrade to <16.0> is available for this runner
  • Upgrade recommended: An upgrade to <15.10.1> is recommended for this runner
