Problem to solve

#356076 (closed) With different runner types being available for executing different type, users would want an insight into the usage by each type. #356076[usage-by-runner.png] provides an overview of the consumption by runner type but still doesn't talk how much CI/CD minutes a particular project is consuming by runner type.

Provide a detailed break up the CI/CD minutes usage by runner type for each project.

Proposal(tentative)

Provide a break up of the CI minutes consumption by allowing users to expand the rows for projects on the table.

(the numbers are purely for the purpose of representation, the calculation is of course off, please ignore).
