Productivity Analytics: Filtered search layout broken

As a side effect of the most recent changes introduced in !20072 (merged), the filtered search on the Productivity Analytics page is broken:

The input exceeds its width now due to the flex wrapper.

A potential fix for the analytics page is to set width: 100 on the newly added wrapper (e.g. by applying the utility class w-100) in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/blob/master/app/views/shared/issuable/_search_bar.html.haml#L9, see the fixed version:

It has to be verified that this doesn't interfere with the changes in !20072 (merged)

This can be reproduce locally on http://localhost:3001/-/analytics/productivity_analytics
