Allow audit event screen to show more than 30 days of history

Problem to solve
The audit event screen is currently limited to showing 30 days of audit events at once. This is helpful, but not enough since audits typically will be concerned with a calendar quarter or longer period of time. It also makes it difficult to search for a specific event if the precise date is not known and it occurred in the past. (An example of that is when some sensitive setting was changed but no one noticed that it was changed for a while and has to look through the audit log to understand when it happened.)
Proposal
Enhance the audit event screen to be able to show arbitrary date ranges of information.
- Refinement question: Is infinite a reasonable value to use here or do we still need to have a limit on it? If we need a limit, I'd propose a minimum of at least 1 year.
