Tooltip on hover over environments is dislocated when environment name is short

Create an environment with 5 characters
mouse over it

What is the current bug behavior?

The arrow of the tooltip is not aligned with the tooltip box. In the video below, for the environment staging all is good, but for the r-sql, the tooltip is dislocated.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The arrow of the tooltip should be aligned with the tooltip box irrespectively of the environment's length.
