Drop temporary index for vulnerability findings with potentially mismatched scanners

The temporary index tmp_index_vulnerability_occurrences_on_id_and_scanner_id on the vulnerability_occurrences table introduced in !91488 (merged) and !92329 (merged) must be removed once the dependent background migration !89127 (merged) has completed.
