Introduce truncation in policy sidebar for long policy names

This issue is to address feedback from an MR review in !91291 (comment 1011283158)

Non-blocking feedback: In the image below, the policy name is used as the drawer title. According to the guidance in Pajamas, drawer titles should "Be brief and kept to a single line by utilizing a sentence fragment". With this in mind, I recommend truncating the policy name in the drawer.
