What do you think about starting with documenting our expectations around testing and how we view unit vs. c# integration vs. worker-entry integration tests vs. e2e.
I would like to get a better understanding of where our test gaps are today. @mikeeddington pointed out that any action taken on such information (and even what should be called a "gap") would depend on our understanding of the test suites that we have and the expectations around them, which is currently not well documented.
The goal for this issue is to establish and document a shared expectation of what kind of tests we have, what purpose each kind serves, and what should and should not be included in each kind.
