Same vulnerabilities view in pre-selected projects

A GitLab Ultimate ~SaaS customer requested

• Why interested: The current vulnerability dashboard is not usable unless it can be filtered so that all platform users see the vulnerabilities that the security and engineering team have agreed need to be worked on
• Current solution for this problem: ability to customize which projects are visible in the group vulnerability report so that everyone sees the same view of vulnerabilities in pre-selected projects rather than every project in GitLab. This eliminates the need for everyone adding multiple projects to their individual view to synch with the security team view.
• Impact to the customer of not having this: Manual workaround and data exports are required as well as having multiple delivery platforms for vulnerability remediation

@apham4 Thanks for opening this! I believe this will be covered by our customizable saved views feature that we hope to start on late this year or more likely early next year. I'm going to close this issue and link it to the other one so we have a SSOT. Please feel free to share the other issue with your customer.
