New Project page breaks when disabling all import options

Summary

When going to the admin page and disabling all import options available, the "new project" page completely breaks and goes blank.

Current version: GitLab Community Edition 15.1.0 (Docker)

Steps to reproduce

Go to the admin page, uncheck all the import options, save, and then try to go to create a new project.
