Tasks should be visible and filterable in the the issue list

Problem

If I remove a task relationship from an issue, there is no way to get back to the task -- leaving it "orphaned"

Proposal

• Show tasks in the issue list (Design covered in #366207 (closed) — #366207[Issue_List.png])
  • Tasks should link the work item page view to provide a consistent experience alongside non-work items.
• Tasks should be filterable via the Filter Bar > Type
  • Should use workitem-type-task once merged: gitlab-svgs!818 (closed)

Tasks should not:

• Be visible on Boards as we don't have support for all the attributes on a board yet.
