Add spacing below compliance frameworks alert

Problem description

Alerts in the group compliance framework settings don't have spacing at the bottom.

Steps to replicate

  1. Log in as a group owner or admin.
  2. Visit a group's general settings.
  3. Add a compliance framework.
  4. Delete the added framework.
  5. See the alert.

Suggested solution

Add some bottom padding to the alert.
