Feature request: remove dash from project urls

Proposal

Replace: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues With: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/issues

• The dashless variant already redirects to the same place.
• The dash provides no useful hierarchical context, being always there, but not accessible by itself: "https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-" is not valid.
• Not using the dash would make the URL cleaner.
