Determine capitalization of Service Desk, fix, and test

Problem to solve

Determine the appropriate capitalization of "Service Desk", clean up all instances, and enforce it from now on.

Proposal

• Technical Writer to discuss capitalization of the name with the appropriate people. (PM? Marketing? Unsure.)
• Clean up all instances of wrongly-capitalized term
• Add it to the Markdownlint capitalization test (it supports multi-word capitalization checks; Vale is better at single-word checks)
