Move the confidence column in the security dashboard

Problem to solve

In the run-up to #13561 (closed) we need to make a handful of tweaks to the current dashboard. We need to move the confidence column from the end to be in-between the severity and vulnerability columns.

Designs

Ignore the "Status" column in this design, that will be covered in #36484 (closed)

Documentation

We shouldn't need to document this change, but we may need to update the screenshots in the current documentation.

Testing

It's unlikely that any tests will need to change as a result of this as it's mostly visual

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

We need to make sure the column is in the correct place across all our dashboards. The Group security dashboard, project security dashboard, and the pipeline security dashboard.
