GitLab for Jira plugin does not have any documentation

Problem to solve

We developed the Jira plugin GitLab for Jira that is available at Atlassian marketplace but there is no documentation for it on our side.

Proposal

• Include documentation that will describe how to configure and work with this plugin
• Mention that it only works for GitLab.com
